1. What is t he Founding Dealer Pilot?
The Founding Dealer Pilot is an early participation opportunity for eligible motor dealerships in Zimbabwe. It allows approved dealerships to explore the ZMS marketplace and list up to three vehicles without listing fees under the pilot terms.
2. Is joining the pilot free?
There is no charge to request the information package. Eligible dealerships accepted into the pilot can receive up to three free vehicle listings during the defined pilot period. Any additional or future paid services will be explained separately.
3. Which dealerships are eligible?
The pilot is intended for legitimate motor dealerships operating in Zimbabwe. ZMS may review dealership identity, contact details, business information and the suitability of vehicles before approving participation.
4. How many vehicles can I list?
An approved Founding Dealer may list up to three eligible vehicles without listing fees under the pilot offer. Each listing must meet ZMS requirements and is subject to review before publication.
5. Does ZMS guarantee vehicle sales or customer enquiries?
No. Zimbabwe Motor Sales provides a platform for showcasing vehicles and supporting buyer education. We do not guarantee enquiries, sales, customer volumes or specific financial outcomes.
6. What happens after the pilot period?
The pilot duration and applicable expiry conditions will be provided in the participation terms before a dealership decides to join. Any future pricing arrangements will be disclosed separately; no automatic paid subscription is part of this invitation.
7. Will I receive marketing emails after requesting the package?
You can request the Founding Dealer information package without agreeing to receive ongoing marketing emails. If you want promotional updates, you can provide separate consent through the request form. You may withdraw that consent later.
8. How do I get started?
